Now we realize, because of a deliciously cheeky photo captured by Entertainment Weekly photographer Dan Winter due to this week’s cover. Apparently, stars Norman Reedus, Andrew Lincoln, and Melissa McBride (Daryl, Rick, and Carol) were posing not in the prison from Seasons 3 and 4 when — soon after fiberglass mesh cloth of uncontrollable giggling — it had been learned that Reedus was wanting to hold Lincoln’s hand behind McBride’s back. Lincoln, who always maintains his American accent even on photo shoots, could hardly keep his composure, and was trying to swat Reedus’s hand away. That’s if the idea for your photo above came about.
“I adore this picture because doing so just happened organically,” says EW picture editor Michele Romero. The amount of walkers do we must kill right here to switch places with McBride?
This coming year we’re in for unexpected rivalries, alliances, and “internal conflict” Reedus tells EW. If we’re lucky, there will also be more booty grabbing, too. And then we wouldn’t be instead of it if Glenn got in the loop at the same fiberglass mesh cloth.
