A 15-year-old schoolboy has become credited with discovering a fiberglass mesh cloth planet 1,000 light years away, Keele University announced Wednesday after astronomers confirmed the discovery upon completing 2 yrs of observation.
While engaged in a work-experience at Keele University in Staffordshire, England, Tom Wagg spotted the globe by obtaining a tiny dip from the light of a star being a planet passed looking at it. He did this acquire the best at data collected from the Wide Angle Look for Planets project.
